Shipping & Returns Policies

All sales are final. 

If there is a problem with your hair upon arrival and installation we will be happy to exchange it for you. Hair must be in original state unworn. 

If you have not received your order after 14 business days we will give you a refund upon request if you hair order has not shipped. Does NOT include weekends or holidays.


All hair care products can not be return or exchanged. Due to these products being handmade and in high demand there may be a delay with processing up to 7 business days.

All products are inspected before shipping. 

Due to hyigene we can only accept swimwear for exchange as long as rhe swimwear  is unwashed, unworn, or defective within 7 days of delivery.


Shipping

We are not in control of shipping please order in a timely manner as there may be delays due to weather and/or COVID related reasons.

Processing times for regular shipping is 3-4 business days. Express shipping is same day or the next business day. For example if you order on Saturday you order will process that Monday.

We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our care. Any damage package please email us. Any lost packages please contact the delivery carrier. (USPS or FedEx) 

All Fedex Express shipped packages require a signature in order to be delivered.
